This policy is applicable to all functions and services of the Megalion Technology Cloud APP (Megalion Cloud) and the Megalion Technology Cloud website (web.megalion.cn). Other products and services of McGonagall will use the privacy policy of relevant products or services.
On the premise of your consent, Megalion Technology Cloud will only collect and use your personal information according to the functions and services you use for the following purposes described in this policy:
2.1 Major function
（1）When you register your account, the information we may collect includes: user name, organization name, telephone number, email address, organization code and password of the next level installer/dealer. The above information is collected to help you create an account.
（2）When you choose to authorize the use of a third-party account to log in, we will obtain your shared account information (such as avatar, nickname, gender and other information) from a third party and bind it with your Megalion Technology Cloud account for quick login. In order to meet the network real-name system requirements of relevant laws and regulations, when you use a third-party account to authorize login, the first authorization needs to bind your mobile phone number or email. This type of information is necessary for this function. If you do not provide this type of information, the login will fail.
（3）When you use the device monitoring function, we will collect information about the device you add, including: device name, device type, device status, device location and real-time power generation, so that you can manage the device.
（4）When you use the user management function, you may need to provide personal information, including user name, phone number, email address and password, so that you can manage users.
（5）When you use the traffic recharge function, for the purpose of confirming the transaction status and providing you with delivery, after-sales and dispute resolution services, we will collect your platform account information and purchase and payment records. If you need to issue an invoice, we need your invoice information and the mobile phone number or e-mail address to receive the invoice.
（6）When you contact our customer service, we may save your chat record and content or your contact information and other information you provide, so as to contact you or help you solve the problem, or record the solution and results of related problems. If necessary, we will need you to provide necessary personal information to verify your user identity.
（7）When you detect a version update, we will read your app installation list to check whether your mobile phone has the corresponding app store installed.
（8）When you use the functions and services we provide, in order to ensure the security of your account and system operation, we will collect your browsing, operation, search, click and other information as relevant network logs for storage, It includes your device information (including: device type and model, operating system type and version, device settings, IMEI, IMSI, Android ID, MAC address, device serial number, IDFA, necessary mobile application list information, sensor information, device environment and other device-related information), account information, access date and time and IP address.

2.3 Self start and associated start
In order to let you experience the offline reminder function of APP messages and provide better service, after you agree to this privacy policy, the App will start the self-start or associated start function when necessary. We will push platform notifications (such as system announcements, to-do reminders, etc.) to you through the "Message Center". You can choose to turn on/off notification permissions in your device "Settings", or set message notifications through the "Message Center - Push Settings".
When you turn on the above permissions, you authorize us to use the corresponding personal information to achieve the above functions. When you turn off the corresponding permissions, you cancel the corresponding authorization. We will not continue to collect and use your corresponding personal information, nor can we provide you with the corresponding functions.
To ensure the normal and efficient operation of the website, we store a small data file named Cookie on your web browser or mobile application. The contents of a cookie can only be retrieved or read by the server that created it. Each cookie is unique to your web browser or mobile application. Cookies can help you avoid filling in personal information repeatedly, entering search content and steps and processes (example: form filling, search records). （3）Share with related companies:We may share with our affiliates, but we will only share the necessary personal information (for example, if we use the Megalion Technology Cloud account to use our affiliates' products or services, we will share your necessary account information with the affiliates), and we are bound by the purpose stated in this policy. If we share your personal sensitive information or the affiliated company changes the use and processing purpose of personal information, we will ask for your authorization again.
（4）Share with authorized partners:We will only provide you with Megalion Technology Cloud services and information technology and maintenance support, or share your personal information with third-party service providers (as our data processors) if necessary to improve our products and services. We will not share your personal information with third parties for any marketing purposes. These supports include push service and map service. Software tool development kits (SDKs) of authorized partners or other similar applications will be embedded in our applications. We use these SDKs through the interface call provided by the operating system. In the future, our business may undergo mergers, acquisitions, transfers and other new situations. In this case, your personal information will be transferred along with the business as part of the transaction. We will require the new company or organization that holds your personal information to continue to be bound by this policy, otherwise we will require the company or organization to ask you for authorization again.
Your personal information may be required to be disclosed under the following circumstances:
We store the information obtained from the People's Republic of China in the People's Republic of China in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take positive measures to protect the security of personal information, including but not limited to using complex passwords, changing passwords regularly, and not disclosing your account passwords and relevant personal information to others.

If personal information security incidents happen unfortunately, we will inform you in time according to the requirements of laws and regulations. We will timely inform you of the relevant information of the event by email, push notification, etc. When it is difficult to inform users one by one, we will take reasonable and effective ways to publish the announcement.

Our service is not applicable to minors under the age of 18. We will not intentionally collect or request any information about this service from minors under the age of 18.
